In the Schools Outreach Programme, the Education Officer visits schools and spreads the word about the importance of students visiting the museum to get some visual input into their courses of study. Both talks at schools and Museum tours can be customized to focus on specific areas of the school curriculum. Workshops on various topics may also be coordinated for school groups, if requested in advance.
Presentations can also be made to visiting university students.

Support for Teachers
A major goal of the Museum is to equip teachers with tools and methods of helping young minds to appreciate and learn about their history. Teacher training seminars are offered on Teacher’s Professional Day, and workbooks are available to extend museum learning to the classroom.
